Today Flex Discovery Solutions announced that it is offering Clearwell Pre-Processing to its clients at no cost.

Using the industry-leading Clearwell software offered by Flex Discovery, clients have access (interactively) to pre-processing analytics that enables customers to audit their collections and accurately predict downstream e-discovery costs. Clearwell’s “Pre-Processing” helps attorneys identify potential gaps in collected data, provides analytics that show what type of data comprises their collection, and how much of the collected data will actually be processed and sent downstream. This information is all presented in real time through a series of analytical views including: data summary, time-lines, custodian, etc. With this information our customers are able to predict their processing, review costs as well as identify critical data sub-sets for priority processing and “Early Case Assessment”.
