Flex Discovery Solutions Acquires Triangle Data Solutions ; Cincinnati Litigation Support Provider

Today Flex Discovery Solutions announces the acquisition of Cincinnati, Ohio based Triangle Data Solutions. Triangle Data Solutions is a litigation support services provider to leading law firms and corporate counsel, both locally and nationally. The company announced that the acquisition will become effective January 1, 2010 at which time Triangle Data Solutions will begin to operate as Flex Discovery Solutions, Cincinnati.

The Cincinnati office of Flex Discovery Solutions will continue to offer the same great service, quality, and support in the areas of discovery consulting, project management, paper based document services and document coding (onshore and offshore). The combination of Triangle Data Solutions and Flex Discovery Solutions also allows for significantly expanded discovery services including e-discovery processing, early case assessment, hosting, data collection, and document review (onshore and offshore).
